1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on our “Order Tracking” page to see real-time updates on your shipment status.


2. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping Time (U.S.): 5–12 business days (depending on product and location)

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our support team for approval and instructions.


7. Do I have to pay the return shipping fee?

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We will provide a prepaid return label in case of our error.


8. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately with photos or videos of the issue at help@kuatehk.com. We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement or refund.


9. Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear. If your tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.


10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For future updates on international shipping, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact our support team for more details.


11. Are my payment details secure?
